Notes	A small asterism composed of the four stars Alsephina, Avior, Aspidiske and Markeb that falls across the border between Carina and Vela. Its shape and brightness mean that it can be easily confused with Crux, the true Southern Cross, which lies some 50° away along the Milky Way of the southern sky.
