i¹ Aquarii

i¹ Aquarii is part of an apparent grouping of stars in the southeastern parts of Aquarius. The two brighter stars to the northwest are both distant giants, far beyond i¹ Aquarii (the brighter yellow star, the northern of the two, is 104 Aquarii, while the orange star is 103 Aquarii). The bluer star (though actually F-type) to the southeast is i² Aquarii, actually unrelated to i¹ despite their shared Bayer designation. Imagery provided by Aladin sky atlas
