HD 238269 lies immediately westward of a rich field of galaxies, some of which can be seen in the southeastern (lower left) region of this image. Particularly notable are the pair NGC 5278 and NGC 5279, which together form a pair of interacting galaxies connected by a looping arc of material. Imagery provided by Aladin sky atlas
