DH Tauri is one of a pair of red dwarf stars in the depths of the Taurus Dark Cloud, more than four hundred light years from the Sun. Its companion is DI Tauri, seen here to the immediate southeast (lower left) of DH Tauri, and in reality a little more than ten light years beyond that star.
