The relatively Sun-like yellowstar Bubup has a rather brighter companion in the sky, seen here in southwestern corner of this image. This is the pulsatingredgiant WX Mensae, a much more luminousstar than Bubup that lies some ten times farther from the Sun. Imagery provided by Aladin sky atlas
