Alpha Caeli, a dwarf star about 66 light years from Earth, falls within the borders of the sparse southern constellation of Caelum.
Though it lies less than seventy light years from Earth, Alpha Caeli is a dwarf star, only about six times more luminous than the Sun, and so appearing relatively faint in the sky.
