18 Tauri is the northernmost prominent star of the Pleiades cluster in Taurus, with the nebulous haze of the main cluster being visible on the southern edge of this image. Imagery provided by Aladin sky atlas

This fairly faint binary star on the fringes of the cluster known as the Pleiades represents a twin pair of almost identical blue stars in close orbit around one another.
