Notes	A small open cluster containing about thirty young hot stars, most notably two O-type dwarfs designated HD 150135 and HD 150135. The cluster was formed within the star-forming region NGC 6188, and its stars still illuminate the surrounding nebulosity.

A clutch of hatchlings: the young stars of C82 are only about one million years old.

About one million years ago, the stars of C82 began to coalesce out of a cloud of gas and dust. Today, this process is far from complete, as the stars of this cluster continue to illuminate their parent nebula, NGC 6188.
